2.1.1 The Company’s Value Proposition statement (re-use the same one from assignment 1)
2.1.2 Enhancing Value Proposition – customer experience (min 2 academic journal references)
· Examples: you can explore areas on how ICT tools can better meet the customers’ need, solve customers’ problem, improve the existing solutions, more fringe benefits such as convenience, transparency etc. (This is not suggesting that you must cover all these area).
· Taking reference from academic journals, how ICT tools such as IoT / Big data or Ai can be used to improve customer experience. Min 2 academic journals. More will be better.
· Explain how your business can use the ICT tools to improve customers’ experience the same way as what academic journals shares.
2.1.3 Case studies – to share any companies (can be from another industry of a different type compared to your business) that managed to use ICT tools in similar ways before. (min 1 reference) More case studies and more references will be better. Case studies where they quantify the benefits will be ideal.

2.2.1 Revenue Model selected – this will be drawn from your assignment 1 (recommended rev model that the business has not used – either advertising / subscription / affiliate – pick 1). Do not use Sales Revenue Model here. Explain how the revenue model will help generate revenue for the business.
2.2.2 Supporting Revenue Model – in terms of implementation / improve / increase the effectiveness of the revenue model (Min 2 academic journal references)

· Explain how your business can use the ICT tools to support the revenue model the same way as what academic journals shares.
